Retainer rates are from £32 per hour (for a 20 hour monthly retainer). A monthly retainer, paid in advance, guarantees you our availability for an agreed number of hours each month and can be a simpler way to keep to a budget.

Time is tracked and rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes. A time report will be sent so you can see a full breakdown and you would be advised if you're nearing your limit so you don't have to worry about unexpected extra costs.

Charges will be agreed prior to work being commenced and a deposit or full payment may be required in advance.

Additional hours used above your pre-purchased amount will be charged at the hourly rate agreed in our contract.

Please note, rates exclude out of pocket expenses, such as postage, travel, etc. Where applicable, these will be charged extra at cost. Unused retainer rate hours do not rollover into the following month.
